  • At least 5+ years in a role that includes customer-facing responsibilities, specific to enterprise customers ; you must know how to engineer simple products for complex enterprises
  • Led teams who have built and deployed highly-scalable, microservices-based SaaS platforms for enterprise customers, including IAM and API solutions
  • Built and run internal developer platforms, tooling, and processes to support real-time continuous releases
  • 12+ years working with Java, 10+ years with GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Experience with modern CI/CD processes, K8s, and containerization
  • 10+ years management experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

You are:

  • A transformative leader, capable of using your experience and your strengths in collaborating, communicating, and partnering to influence best-in-class software development cultures and practices through multiple layers of management
  • Well-versed in the technical and business advantages of private, public, and private clouds, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, cloud native architectures, containerization, micro-services, Jenkins, Docker, Go,
  • Motivated by building for elastic enterprise scale and engineering excellence, and gravitate toward the technical and leadership challenges that come with it
  • Customer-obsessed; you realize the importance of security, reliability, scalability and performance, and know that at the enterprise level and the internal level, all Customer use cases are meaningful; today’s needs are a way to address tomorrow’s opportunities
  • A process and scale-minded individual, who knows how to strike a balance of agility and speed vs process and maturity
