Sr. Business Systems Analyst - NetSuite

Joining Collibra's Corporate IT team:

The IT Enterprise Applications Team supports Collibra’s Finance ecosystem for cross-functional Finance and business operations teams to resolve support tickets and change requests for NetSuite and related systems integrations. This role will report into the IT Finance Applications Manager.

Sr. Business Systems Analysts at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Partner with Finance and Business operation teams to optimize NetSuite processes
  • Reviews & resolve requests for services / improvements and partners with business stakeholders, clarifies objectives, determines feasibility, and jointly determines business implications / value
  • Defines functional / system requirements and documents current / future state business processes
  • Ensures that any new software integration meets functional/ end user requirements, compliance and interface specifications, and proper documentation is maintained.
  • Develops effective test scenarios, scripts and use cases with consideration to cross functional and process stream impact.
  • Overseeing change management procedures including change approvals, and release management

You Have:

  • With 8 to 10  years experience supporting NetSuite, all Financial modules as a Business  Analyst .
  • Experience building Workflows, and custom scripts in NetSuite.
  • Background in Finance Operations and/or IT Business Analyst roles. 
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle and business requirements gathering
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of SalesForce as a CRM system is good to have.

  • Able to “see the big picture” across NetSuite’s  architecture, systems, data, and roles and how that ties to goals and priorities of the business.  
  • Excited to design and build new technologies and be a driver of change in a fast-growing company.
  • Comfortable facilitating structured meetings, presenting options, driving decisions, and promoting change.  
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate with internal and external customers and all levels of management, including communicating technical information to nontechnical audiences.

Reporting to Collibra's Manager of Finance Applications, Sr. Business Systems Analyst measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will understand Collibra’s Finance application portfolio, team structure and common stakeholder use cases and change requests.
  • Within your third month, you will partner with Collibra’s business stakeholders to collect requirements around building automations and integrations between NetSuite in collaboration with Manager, Business Systems.
  • Within your sixth month, you will have delivered and iterated on your design for NetSuite automation including requirements gathering, development, UAT, and post-go live support.


Compensation for this role: 

The standard base salary range for this position is $108,000 - $149,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
