Senior Community Manager, Technical Enablement

Joining Collibra’s Technical Enablement team:

We are looking for a Senior Community Manager, Technical Enablement to join Collibra’s Technical Enablement team. The Tech Enablement organization partners with Collibra’s Engineering and Product groups to equip them with the mindset and practices needed to deliver best-in-class products for our customers.

You will be reporting directly to our VP, Technical Enablement, and working cross-functionally with stakeholders across product and engineering. Your role will be to create a thriving community platform to catalyze knowledge sharing, bridge knowledge gaps and eliminate information silos across Product and Engineering. At Collibra we know that none of us is as smart as all of us — in this role you will be pivotal in establishing new ways of establishing a peer learning environment.

Senior Community Managers, Technical Enablement at Collibra are responsible for: 

  • Designing and implementing community programs and platforms for our P&E teams including but not limited to peer-based learning, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and other proposed activities (e.g. hackathons)
  • Creating community spaces, both digitally and in-person, leveraging existing platforms and workflows where appropriate
  • Promoting and activating a learning culture within product and engineering community to create, share, and learn
  • Measuring demonstrating the impact of community activity including strategic P&E priorities


You Have:

  • A demonstrated track record of seeding, activating, and growing knowledge and skill sharing communities preferably in the tech space
  • Strong program management skills and experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of industry tools and practices for community sharing
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required

You Are: 

  • Comfortable working in hyper-growth environments and have developed a keen ability to evolve strategies on the fly
  • Comfortable working across timezones and cultures to deliver bespoke programs
  • A natural bridge builder, able to identify and bring together complementary initiatives from cross-functional teams
  • Passionate about the power of communities for knowledge and skill sharing and eager to develop high-impact programs and platforms
  • A true facilitator to activate, innovate, and sustain community platforms

Reporting to the VP, Technical Enablement measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will have built relationships with leaders across Product & Engineering, become familiar with company objectives and have gained a strong understanding of our current landscape 
  • Within your third month, you will have established a framework for Collibra’s community initiatives
  • Within your sixth month, you will have stood up at least one P&E community program
