  • A broad portfolio of visual and graphic design projects showing high quality, full-lifecycle, goal-centered interface design work in complex domains for web, desktop, and mobile.
  • Proficiency in your preferred tools, current modern design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma), prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Principle), and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
  • Able to collect, synthesize, and discuss feedback and input from users, research, leadership, product management, and engineering teams and then incorporate that into designs and positively impact business results
  • Ability to design sophisticated products for global markets and users
  • Fluency in U.S. or British English

You are:

  • Exceptionally skilled in visual design and interaction design; able to demonstrate your expertise through standalone works, journey-based design concepts, and low- and high-fidelity mockups
  • Able to express a clear design direction and philosophy with strategies and tactics for implementation, and gain senior stakeholder agreement
  • A storyteller who helps others see the value of great design
  • Experienced working within brand guidelines to create experiences that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints
  • Able to mentor, coach, and educate about design with a wide range of colleagues

Reporting to the Director of UX, the Senior UI Designer’s measures of success are:

  • Month 1: Complete onboarding and deep dive into products
  • Month 2: Understand major Product Design team priorities and participate in all design team activities; Identify an initial set of key visual opportunities
