Project Manager, Engineering Operations
Meeting your future team:
Collibra’s Engineering Operations team leads program, project and release management and supports all operational functions in support of our Product & Engineering team. We are looking for a Project Manager to support a number of critical, cross-functional initiatives that advance Product & Engineering’s company objectives for the year.
You will report to the Senior Director of Engineering Operations and working primarily with stakeholders in both Product & Engineering and other departments at Collibra.
Project Managers at Collibra are responsible for:
- Manage a number of critical, cross-functional projects from inception to completion
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to structure projects and facilitate decision making
- Contribute to the design, development and iterations on a framework and materials for project management including but not limited to planning iterations, risk management and progress reporting
- Assist in driving accountability by helping identify, document and develop key performance indicators and metrics
- Assist in the development of internal communications and manage the communications calendar for Product & Engineering
You Have:
- 2+ years experience in managing multiple projects and programs, preferably in a technology organization
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
- Business acumen, statistical analysis, written and verbal communication skills
You Are:
- Passionate about building a data-driven culture
- Able to build relationships easily across the organization and like to contribute to process improvements to help us scale
Measuring Success:
- Within your first month, you will have started to build relationships with leadership in Product & Engineering and become familiar with our company objectives and learn our current landscape
- Within your third month, you will be onboarded to an existing project
- Within your sixth month, you will have taken a key role on an existing project
