People Operations Coordinator

Joining Collibra's People Operations team:

The People Operations Coordinators at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Pre-Hire: Manage the offer process with the candidate from offer letter to date of hire. 
  • Onboarding: Ensure internal processes are complete for new hires to join! Partner with new hires to ensure new hire tasks are completed in a timely and enjoyable manner.
  • Workday Champion: Be the CEO of the all the data and details entered into Workday to ensure excellence and integrity as our system of record.
  • Service Desk: Support queries from Collibrians in a thoughtful and thorough manner.
  • Process Documentation: Lead the conversations and work of getting pen to paper so our customers can review all the amazing process People Operations has in place today!

You Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in HR/Business capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with successfully meeting deadlines
  • High energy and a can-do attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs

Reporting to Collibra's Manager of People Operations, People Operations Coordinator's measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will learn process, technology, teams, and available resources
  • Within your third month, you will feel confident in your ability to own onboarding operations
  • Within your sixth month, you will be knowledgeable about our business and readily available to answer employee queries
