Global Compensation Analyst

Joining Collibra's Total Rewards team:

We are currently seeking candidates to join our Compensation team at Collibra. Reporting to the Compensation Manager, this role will drive the benchmarking, design and administration of industry-leading global compensation programs that amaze and delight  Collibrians.

The Global Compensation Analyst at Collibra is responsible for:

  • Benchmarking against Desired Market Position (Salary surveys, roundtables)
  • Periodically Assess Market Competitiveness through analysis
  • Managing Spot Bonuses/Ad Hoc Rewards
  • Project Management of Merit/Midyear Processes
  • Performing Job evaluations for variable pay type on new jobs
  • Consulting with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management 

You Have:

  • An Intermediate Excel User (formulas, pivot tables)
  • Familiar with WorkDay
  • Detail oriented and customer focused.
  • 2-4 years of experience

You Are:

  • Problem solving and analytical skills, detail oriented
  • Good planning skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrated teamwork and strong sense of responsibility
  • Proactive approach
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Reporting to Collibra's VP, Total Rewards, Global Compensation Analyst measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will meet your colleagues, understand the Collibra culture
  • Within your third month, you will become involved in strategic compensation analysis that drive business results
  • Within your sixth month, you will be a core part of the Total Rewards team's strategic objectives to transform Total Rewards for the Company.
