You should have strong analytical and project management skills, enabling key business stakeholders to understand requirements, shape deliverables, and drive solid execution.

The first few months in this role will be spent working alongside the outgoing Partner Operations Manager before his departure for business school in the summer of 2022. This position will be located in the US, where our VP of Sales Operations and SVP of Business Development is based.

The Partner Operations Manager at Collibra is responsible for:

  • Engage with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Marketing, IT, Legal, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product to stand up new systems, processes, and programs intended to help achieve the objectives of the Partnerships organization
  • Define rules of engagement between the Sales and Partnerships teams to support emerging go-to-market initiatives
  • Partner with the leader  of the Partnerships organization to lead the annual planning process, including priority- and target-setting, capacity planning, alignment with cross-functional leaders, and defining an operational plan
  • Manage operational activity related to supporting the Collibra Partner Program, including partner onboarding, performance measurement and communication, and compliance to program requirements such as submission of business plans and customer success stories

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, or related function;  3+ years experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar) relational database systems
  • Experience working with sales leadership stakeholders in Partnerships organizations; experience in high growth SaaS preferred
  • Track record of breaking down complex problems and proposing / effectively communicating thoughtful recommendations
  • Track record of driving high impact, cross-functional change initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Tableau and ability to create basic real-time reporting dashboards preferred

You Are:

  • Relentless in wanting to deliver accurate insights to stakeholders
  • Passionate about being a data-driven problem solver, able to approach problems from multiple perspectives
  • Able to balance and prioritize dozens of ongoing projects and initiatives impacting a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Fluent in telling meaningful stories through the use of data and visualizations
  • Highly collaborative and empathetic;  hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to address operational issues

Reporting to Collibra’s VP of Sales Operations, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will immerse yourself in in the day-to-day operations of the Partnerships team, familiarizing yourself with the different roles Collibra’s partners play in supporting the company’s success, team priorities/objectives, and KPIs
  • Within your third month, you will own a handful of critical cross-functional projects supporting the success of the partner team
  • Within your sixth month, you will take the place of the outgoing Partner Operations Manager and assume overall responsibility for the programs, systems, and reporting supporting Collibra’s Partnership organization
