You will join the People Operations Team and report to the Director, People Operations. The People Operations team supports employees on a day to day basis. They’re responsible for supporting the business functions, employee lifecycle and, managing and  supporting the associated technology platforms. Your mission as the Manager, TA Operations is to bring a highly effective operations approach to our Talent Acquisition efforts.

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations at Collibra is responsible for:

  • Managing all of Collibra’s recruitment processes, document workflows, ATS  and TA Tools adoption, dashboards, and technology, to manage the tech roadmap for recruiting
  • Conceptualizing, maintaining existing and delivering new recruiting metrics and dashboards for both the organization and business leaders to support accountability and transparency in all recruitment processes in partnership with our People Analytics team. 
  • Leading a team of TA operations professionals by providing oversight, coaching, feedback, performance management, training, etc.
  • Serving as program manager for strategic initiatives including developing project and programs (internal mobility, referrals, D&I, feedback surveys, etc.) plans, business cases, and providing executive updates and communications
  • Privacy and Compliance liaison between Recruiting and our Legal/Security and internal compliance team. Partner with the broader People Ops function on maintaining and building compliance controls specifically around EEO, OFCCP, GDPR and CCPA

You Have:

  • Significant experience with Talent Acquisition technology; vendor selection, implementation and vendor management
  • Led TA Operations programs, including design and deployment of technology solutions.
  • Served as a TA leader developing and managing operational needs into programs that achieve business goals
  • A track record of managing and developing a teams to deliver operational excellence
  • Proven experience with Privacy and Compliance regulations specifically around  EEO, OFCCP, GDPR and CCPA

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will have begun to establish excellent working relationships within the wider People Team function
  • Within your third month, you will have taken ownership of the roadmap and be executing projects and managing deliverables
