Global Benefits Associates at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Day to day administration for employees through onboarding and offboarding support, including management of any leave of absence.
  • Create or develop solutions to continuously enhance compliance obligations, meet dynamic business needs and improve the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with payroll and vendors on administration, reporting, analysis, evidence of insurability and beneficiaries.
  • Help promote and enable EMEA employees on our Total Rewards programs and processes.
  • Create and execute benefit plan communications and intranet pages.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Expertise in developing solutions for driving efficiency, process improvements and building foundational materials.
  • Successful track record of project implementing and/or managing systems.

You Are:

  • Excellent with your written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
  • Accountable, have sound personal judgment and global business acumen.
  • Organized with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage vendors and establish effective partnerships with external service providers to ensure quality service.

Reporting to Collibra's Global Benefits Manager, the measures of success for this role are:

  • Within your first month, you will... learn about our current programs and take over all day to day administration of benefit programs. This includes answering employee questions, building our communications & resources and processing all onboarding and offboarding logistics.
  • Within your third month, you will...take over all benefit communications and intranet sites with the designated countries assigned to you. Start recommending and evaluating any potential areas of improvement within our processes to increase automation of work.
  • Within your sixth month, you will…align with the rest of the team to understand our strategic projects outlined for the year and what you want to be involved in. You will have the flexibility to join any other projects that provide career development within the Total Rewards function!
