Joining Collibra's Talent Management team:

As Collibra continues its rapid growth, the challenge to scale enriching and memorable development experiences for its employees grows in complexity and importance. To meet this need, we seek a creative and design-oriented Digital Learning Specialist to bring consumer-grade content and UX to our learning ecosystem. As a new role within the fast-growing Talent Management team, this role will embody our company core value to “Embrace and Drive Change” by proposing creative solutions to meet the organization’s evolving learning needs

The Learning Experience Designer at Collibra is responsible for:

  • Creating stunning digital learning content in-house or through 3rd party vendors
  • Owning the user experience and back-end administration of the company’s primary learning platform
  • Providing content and design leadership for Talent Management team pages on the company’s intranet
  • Developing and executing plans to fully leverage our secondary digital learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and O’reilly
  • Partnering with the Talent Management team and leaders across the organization to source, develop and deliver digital learning experiences to our employees

You Have:

  • Worked with digital content platforms (Learning Management Systems are a plus, but not required)
  • Managed vendor relationships and internal stakeholders across complex projects
  • Created verbal and/or visual content for online audiences
  • Leveraged data to make decisions about content design and delivery
  • Created or collaborated closely with others to author digital content modules (e-learning tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate are a plus, but not required)

  • Agile in meeting the goal and iterative in continuously adapting it
  • Data-oriented when it comes to assessing quality and making decisions
  • Able to collaborate among experts or novices equally, achieving compromise when needed
  • Creative and unafraid in the way you approach and solve problems

Reporting to Collibra's Director of Talent Management, the measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will create two skill-based digital learning paths constructed entirely from pre-existing sources (LinkedIn learning, YouTube, etc)
  • Within your third month, you will have developed and launched one e-learning course built entirely from scratch (in-house or through a 3rd party vendor)
  • Within your sixth month, you will have completed a redesign of the company’s learning management system, Collibrary
