As an EMEA Field Operations Manager, you will lead key business initiatives and projects to support our EMEA Sales and Customer Success Teams. You will be the owner of critical productivity-driving initiative from idea to execution. You will work shoulder to shoulder with our EMEA Field executives as an influencer of key decisions and driver of critical actions. A day in the life of a Manager, Field Ops EMEA at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Director of Field Operations, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Operationalize new teams, processes, and key initiatives that support our EMEA Field organization
  • Orchestrate the EMEA Planning Process which encompasses go-to-market strategy, country expansion thesis, resource planning, and sales territory and quota assignment
  • Drive complex projects from identification, execution, through to completion; define, track and manage project expectations and metrics
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to prove/disprove business improvement hypotheses and drive decisions
  • Finding broken processes – selling the need to fix to key stakeholders, designing a new process, and ultimately leading implementation
  • Support and/or lead creation of critical thought work and materials

You Have:

  • A builder mindset and you're excited by the idea of creating something from nothing
  • A love for storytelling - utilizing data and influence to tell a story that drives action
  • Organized, responsive, and relentless with follow-ups
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing major cross-functional projects
  • Ability to solve complex problems through data analysis and analytical reasoning
  • Ability to lead and influence projects and teams without direct authority
  • Sales strategy consulting, operations, and/or analytics experience
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience working with EMEA commercial and customer success leaders within a high tech company
  • Experience standing up an Operations organization with limited oversight and a high degree of independence
  • Experience driving regional and market-level planning cycles across multiple countries and teams
  • Experience working closely with stakeholders across multiple continents
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing major cross-functional projects or initiatives that touch multiple VP or C-level business partners
  • Strong background in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (or similar CRM tool)
  • Ability to utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive business insights, decision marking, and actions 
  • Experience standing up operating models across go-to-market organizations 
  • 5+ years of sales operations experience preferred
