We’re now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join the UKI team who is able to take ownership of their territory and help us continue in our growth.

A day in the life of a Regional Sales Manager at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Area Vice President, UKI & Nordics, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including

  • Owning your territory and associated quota while managing all aspects of a competitive and complex sales cycle
  • Being a thought leader, helping our clients and prospects understand how they can benefit from using our Platform
  • Shaping and generating a sales pipeline through expansion in existing clients and acquiring new logos
  • Chasing qualified opportunities
  • Linking prospect's drivers and challenges to our Platform, and executing the ‘value sell’
  • Relentlessly zero’ing in for the close
  • Managing an accurate forecast while maintaining realistic expectations on all opportunities.

You Have:

  • You have significant experience in field sales selling enterprise software in UKI
  • You have experience in data management, analytics, visualization, BI, AI, and are knowledgeable about the challenges faced by specific vertical markets, and their key business drivers
  • You have proven ability to work with partners and can leverage influence centers during sales cycles
  • You have proven ability to engage both high and wide in accounts and can engage effectively with C-level and business line executives 
  • You have the ability to conceptually understand our solution and explain it on a high level
  • You have experience of the ‘value sell’, able to clearly literate the benefits of the Collibra Platform and justify the deal to the CFO and other key stakeholders
  • You have a hunter mentality with a history of overachievement
  • You are exceptional at building a solid pipeline
  • You have strong forecasting skills and experience in using Salesforce for logging your sales activity.
