Collibra is looking for Regional HR Business Partner to support our rapid global growth. As the Regional HRBP for our Polish and Czech entities, you will focus on implementing People strategies that align with Collibra’s business objectives. Given the exciting pace of change, we are looking for someone who can execute programs and activities that foster growth, innovation, and organisational effectiveness.
A day in the life of a HR Business Partner at Collibra:
The successful candidate should have the ability to partner with and influence our leaders at all levels. In addition, you will be an advocate for Collibra’s culture and values, engaging with the larger global People team to help guide your clients through all people-related matters as they navigate challenges and embrace opportunity.
Build deep relationships with people managers by providing proactive support on organisational and people-related strategy
Partner with the business to execute people programs (E.g. Talent Review, D&I, Performance Reviews)
Arm your business leaders with the tools necessary to lead through change as we scale
Improve manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs and opportunities
Keep up to date with changes in labor laws adjusting our practices and policies accordingly
Consistently proactively assessing the local labor market to ensure we go by the very best HR practices
Provide coaching and counselling to employees and managers to resolve performance issues
Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts, as needed
Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organisational health on topics such as retention, employee experience, etc.
8+ years of experience in a similar role; preferably in a software company
Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently
Demonstrated experience in various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management
Ability and interest to work at operational and tactical levels of HR
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues
Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritise projects concurrently
Demonstrated ability to support diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural fast paced environment
