UCare Minnesota is an independent, nonprofit health plan providing health coverage and services across Minnesota and western Wisconsin. UCare offers Medicare plans as well as contracts with the Department of Human Services to provide care to those enrolled in public programs including Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare.
