Joining Collibra’s Professional Services team
As Senior Manager, Professional Services, you will play an integral role within Collibra, comprehensively aligned with Regional Sales counterparts, Account Teams, Customer Engineers, Partner Teams, and Services Delivery to drive services sales, delivery and customer success.
You will lead services sales and delivery, managing cross-functional collaboration, ensuring aligned and value-based outcomes for Collibra customers.
Senior Manager of Professional Services at Collibra are responsible for
- Drive PS sales and delivery responsibility: Own a quota for Professional Services bookings and support delivery execution, assisting customers with journey design, implementation decisions, and services solutions.
- Personnel and team management: Lead and strategically manage a dedicated team of Architects and Engagement Managers, overseeing performance, career development, and utilization.
- New logo and stand-alone services: Partner with Account Executives to craft compelling services proposals and identify stand-alone opportunities within existing accounts (advisory, implementation, enablement, and optimization).
- Proposal and portfolio development: Collaborate with Delivery and Solution Architects to define standard service offerings, scope services, build Statements of Work (SOWs), and create value-based proposals.
- Customer engagement and delivery quality: Act as a trusted advisor, articulating how services solve business challenges, improve Collibra adoption, and ensure value-based outcomes across all customer engagements.
- Pipeline and issue management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately, and collaborate across functional teams (CE, Sales, Product, Support) to resolve escalations and meet targets.
- Talent development and market insights: Develop team skills, onboard new members, and stay informed on SaaS industry trends and competitive offerings to refine sales and delivery strategies.
You have
- Bachelor's Degree at minimum with 10+ years of relevant working experience in consulting, Professional Services sales, solution sales, and services delivery.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding quota and building/leading high-performing professional services teams.
- Experience scoping, pricing, negotiating, and closing SOWs for complex enterprise organizations.
- Domain expertise in AI transformation, data governance, data management, and data quality.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve real-world business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows.
- Strong executive presence and skill in navigating enterprise procurement and joint software/services sales engagements.

- Within your first month: Establish rapport across Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Solution Architecture teams; learn Collibra's services portfolio, delivery methodologies, sales process, and revenue model.
- Within your third month: Engage with active customer opportunities, participate in proposal/SOW development, position services alongside software deals, and build a qualified pipeline within your territory.
- Within your sixth month: Act as a recognized subject matter expert, achieve or exceed services pipeline and bookings targets, lead delivery/revenue operational rigor, and drive measurable customer adoption and value.
