He holds a Master’s in Computer Science and Software Engineering from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Master's in General Management from the Vlerick Business School. In 2019, Felix was named the EY Technology Entrepreneur of the Year in New York.

This initiative supports a complex and diverse data landscape—including SAP, Azure ADLS, Talend, Snowflake, Power BI, and various SQL/Oracle applications—through targeted pilot use cases that span major systems and bring together key data stakeholders, including owners, stewards, custodians, and consumers.

    Ripple is passionate about building a data-driven culture at Infineum—one where data is not just managed, but understood, trusted, and shared to drive innovation and operational excellence. Under his leadership, the EDG team is focused on automating governance processes, enhancing metadata management, and enabling data stewardship. These efforts are especially critical as Infineum migrates to a new S/4HANA and Datasphere environment. A strategic roadmap through 2026 includes workflow-driven governance, KPI-based dashboards, and a structured training programme to build data literacy and platform expertise across the organisation.

    With over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Chemical industries, Ripple brings deep expertise in SAP Security, GRC, FICO, and now enterprise data governance. He is a qualified accountant (ACCA) and IT professional, known for blending technical and business acumen with strong communication and leadership skills.
