Felix has led Collibra for more than ten years of record growth and is responsible for global business strategy. Prior to cofounding Collibra, he served as a researcher at the Semantics Technology and Applications Research Laboratory (STARLab) at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, where he focused on ontology-focused crawlers for the semantic web and semantic data integration. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science and Software Engineering from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Master's in General Management from the Vlerick Business School. In 2019, Felix was named the EY Technology Entrepreneur of the Year in New York.

Fede Frumento has over 15 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management Risk, and Digital Transformation. He is currently the Senior Data Governance Manager at Vodafone.

Leonardo David Gomez Virahonda is a Principal Data Governance Specialist at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he leads strategic initiatives in data governance and Generative AI enablement. With over 20 years of experience across public and private sectors, Leonardo has helped design core features of Amazon SageMaker Catalog —including data lineage, business glossaries, and data quality frameworks. He has supported governance implementations for hundreds of customers across healthcare, finance, and government. A frequent speaker at AWS re: Invent, New York Summit, and Toronto Summit, Leonardo has also authored 15+ technical blog posts, co-authored the Amazon DataZone Integration Guide, and published multiple public demos. His work focuses on enabling secure, scalable, and responsible data architectures that empower innovation without compromising compliance.

With over 21 years of experience leading award winning data and analytics programs, Tina guides SAP customers on how to achieve business value delivering innovative data and AI capabilities. Tina led SAP’s own enterprise data strategy and helped build the 200+ organization that delivered over 75 million euros of benefit. She is passionate about creating new approaches to extend business value through effective consumption of data and AI products.

Tina often delivers keynote presentations on how to define a business centric data and AI program. She shares pragmatic approaches for data enablement, data democratization, designing a data fabric, extending analytic capabilities, leveraging business AI, data readiness for AI, building data marketplaces and managing teams of data stewards and data operations.

She often presents a point of view on the power of a data-driven culture and has delivered many webinars, written blogs and articles – including a master class on agile data and analytics, keynotes at Sapphire Orlando and SAP Insider. Throughout her presentations she shares real-world practical experience based on her SAP experience and examples from her customer community.

She advises and mentors a select group of SAP customer executives across EMEA, guiding the design and execution of a winning data and AI roadmap that maximizes the value of their SAP investment.

She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and serves on the board of Women in Big Data, an SAP sponsored program whose mission is to promote diversity in the field of data management. She also runs the European region with 18 chapters and over 14,000 members who benefit from training, awareness, mentoring and job sharing.

Samantha Lyall is the Head of Data Enablement Services at Admiral, leading data management and governance initiatives across the business. With more than 20 years’ experience spanning the financial services and technology sectors, Samantha has excelled in senior roles and driven measurable improvements in data quality, risk reduction, and operational efficiency. Renowned for her passion for data literacy and cross-functional collaboration, Samantha is committed to empowering teams and driving a culture of data excellence across the business.

Ripple leads the Enterprise Data Governance Organisation at Infineum, where he is spearheading the rollout of a scalable data governance framework powered by the Collibra platform, launched earlier this year. This initiative supports a complex and diverse data landscape—including SAP, Azure ADLS, Talend, Snowflake, Power BI, and various SQL/Oracle applications—through targeted pilot use cases that span major systems and bring together key data stakeholders, including owners, stewards, custodians, and consumers.

Ripple is passionate about building a data-driven culture at Infineum—one where data is not just managed, but understood, trusted, and shared to drive innovation and operational excellence. Under his leadership, the EDG team is focused on automating governance processes, enhancing metadata management, and enabling data stewardship. These efforts are especially critical as Infineum migrates to a new S/4HANA and Datasphere environment. A strategic roadmap through 2026 includes workflow-driven governance, KPI-based dashboards, and a structured training programme to build data literacy and platform expertise across the organisation.

With over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Chemical industries, Ripple brings deep expertise in SAP Security, GRC, FICO, and now enterprise data governance. He is a qualified accountant (ACCA) and IT professional, known for blending technical and business acumen with strong communication and leadership skills.

With over a decade at Cirium—the world’s leading aviation analytics company—Candice Parfitt has charted a dynamic career path from marketing to data. As Head of Data Governance, she leads the development and execution of Cirium’s global data governance strategy, ensuring excellence in data management, quality, privacy, and security.

I am in my eighteenth year of working in the public sector in a variety of data roles. I have worked for the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency since 2022 and am responsible for the Agency’s Data Strategy, Data Architecture practice and Data Governance function. My main priority is to ensure that we help the Agency achieve four objectives ; do we collect the data our colleagues need, is that data fit for purpose, can we access the data we need and can we create value from our data?

I have over six years of experience working in the data industry, spanning everything from engineering data pipelines, to implementing data architectures, to shaping strategic data initiatives. I hold a First Class BSc (Hons) in Computer Science, with my dissertation focused on classification data mining. In my current role as Senior Data Architect at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), I lead our enterprise data cataloguing initiative and provide data architecture support across major transformation projects. I'm passionate about helping DVSA unlock the full potential of its data to deliver smarter, more efficient services that benefit the UK taxpayer.
