The Collibra Adoption Hero award honors an organization that has done the cultural work, not just the technical work. This team has driven significant user adoption by bringing business and technical users into the fold, making governed data accessible to everyone who needs it, not just the data pros.

Collibra Community Champion of the Year (individual award)

The Community Champion award honors a Collibra Community member who understands that Data Confidence™ is a team sport. This individual goes well beyond their own work to share knowledge, spark discussions and help fellow data professionals navigate their own governance journeys, making the whole community smarter in the process.

Collibra Ranger of the Year (individual award)

The Collibra Ranger of the Year celebrates the certified expert who turns governance knowledge into real business acceleration. This Ranger has led their team in designing and implementing data and AI programs that drive measurable value, proving that governance isn’t a blocker, it’s the foundation for moving faster. Must be a certified Collibra Ranger on or before January 2026.

Data Citizen of the Year (individual award)

The Data Citizen of the Year award honors a visionary leader who drives their organization toward Data Confidence™. This is the person who makes governance feel less like a constraint and more like a competitive advantage, building the culture, the trust, and the foundation that lets their people use data safely and move faster. Whether working directly with data, leading a transformation or fostering a data-driven culture, their impact is felt industry-wide.

Data Program of the Year

The Data Program of the Year celebrates the organization that has done the work to unify governance across their entire data estate, and is now scaling the results. This team has the vision to build a lasting foundation and the ambition to keep accelerating use cases on top of it, powered by the Collibra Platform.

Trendsetter

The Collibra Trendsetter award honors an organization that isn’t waiting for the perfect moment to pursue AI, they’re building the governance foundation now and moving on AI opportunities faster because of it. This team has found a bold new way to leverage the Collibra Platform to achieve faster, better AI use cases. They’re showing their industry what’s possible when you treat governance as the accelerator, not the obstacle.

Successful submissions include

• Describe how the organization or individual is building Data Confidence™, helping their people trust, comply, and consume data safely across the organization
• Explain how their data strategy or individual contributions accelerate data and AI use cases, and how that connects to the specific award goal
• Include any integration or partner involvement that contributed to their unified governance approach
• Provide specific details: organization size, measurable business impact, current user adoption rate, and future data and AI goals. Concrete metrics and ROI are strongly encouraged
• Provide details on how being a Collibra Certified Ranger impacted their current role and career (Ranger of the Year award only)
• Describe how the organization or individual demonstrated leadership in their industry or among peers, including any data-specific events, webinars, speaking engagements or community activities they participated in this year
• Detail the business impact of the program and of Collibra specifically, include metrics, ROI, and any outcomes that show what becomes possible when your people can trust, comply and consume data at scale

Performance Awards
No submissions required

Performance awards will be determined internally based on quantitative metrics such as sourced or influenced pipeline for both new and renewal/expansion business.

Distinction Awards

Distinction awards will be scored on a weighted scale by a cross-functional panel of judges.

Partner Champion of the Year

The Partner Champion of the Year celebrates the person who has led their customer in designing and implementing Data Intelligence programs that drive real business value.

Collibra Partner Ranger of the Year

Celebrates an outstanding partner who is part of the Collibra Ranger program and has led their team in designing and implementing data and AI programs that drive real business value. Must be a certified Collibra Ranger on or before January 2026.

Customer Impact & Innovation Partner of the Year

Recognizes a partner that has developed and implemented a unique and innovative data transformation initiative which has assisted in delivering more engaging, meaningful and relevant customer experiences. This will become a Collibra customer story.

Successful submissions include

• Descriptions on how the organization or individual is helping customers build Data Confidence
• Descriptions on how the data strategy or individual contributes to the goal of the award
• Include specific information on customer impact such as, size of organization, business impact, and future goals relevant to the award
• Provide details on how being a Collibra Certified Ranger impacted their current role and career and allowed them to drive successful outcome with customers (Partner Ranger of the Year award only)
• How the partner organization or individual demonstrated leadership in their industry or amongst their peers driving successful customer outcomes with Collibra. List any activities, data-specific events or webinars that the nominee participated in or attended this year
• Details on the business impact of the outcome of the partnership with Collibra specifically, include metrics and ROI where applicable
