This session guides you through leveraging this powerful connectivity tool to create technical lineage, even for unsupported data sources. You'll learn to define a configuration file, instruct the lineage harvester via the command line, and manage ingesting your specific (meta)data sources. Ultimately, transform raw metadata into visualizable and insightful data lineage maps within Collibra.

During this session, we will provide:

* A product overview and resources to learn, understand, and prepare for Technical Lineage

This session guides you through Collibra's framework, showcasing how to build curated collections of data and metadata that solve specific business problems. Learn how to utilize the out-of-the-box "Data Product" asset model and supporting assets to organize, govern, and ensure your data products are trusted, reusable, and consumable. The session can also cover the OOTB workflow available on Data Marketplace, which provides a template for the lifecycle of the Data Products. Discover how this approach empowers your organization to deliver readily accessible data assets and drive faster business outcomes. This session can also provide strategic guidance to create and manage Data Products as well as provide implementation best practices.

Note:

- We cannot assist with the technical aspects of granting access to data products

- This session does not support content migration from existing custom data product asset types to our OOTB asset type

- For questions related to editing the Data Product related workflows, please book a Workflow coaching session 

During this session, we can do one of the following related topics:

1. Provide an overview of the tool and discussing the technical prerequisites will give you everything you need to proceed (ie. During this session, we will show you how to use a REST API, build a CURL script, use our REST API documentation interface (Swagger), and use Basic Authentication.

During this session, you will learn how to use the Output Module REST API, best practices, and examples of its use.
