Senior Sales Enablement Specialist

Joining Collibra’s Sales team

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to support our Partner Sales organization and Regional Sales teams across EMEA and APAC. This role will play a key part in translating global enablement strategy into targeted, high-impact programs that improve seller readiness, partner effectiveness, and overall sales performance.

As a core member of the GTM Enablement function, you will work closely with Partner Sales leaders, Regional AVPs, and Account Executives to identify enablement needs, propose program approaches, and deliver scalable solutions tailored to diverse markets and partner motions. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong program ownership, adaptability, and the ability to operate across regions and time zones.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.

Senior Partner Enablement Specialists at Collibra are responsible for

  • Developing and executing targeted enablement programs for Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Hyperscalers to improve partner-led sales productivity.
  • Designing scalable instructional content and playbooks using adult learning principles to support continuous readiness for EMEA and APAC regional teams.
  • Facilitating engaging live and virtual workshops across diverse time zones to ensure global alignment on new product launches and sales plays.
  • Consulting with Sales and RevOps leadership to identify regional performance gaps and implement data-driven training solutions.
  • Managing the distribution and adoption of sales tools (such as Highspot and Gong) to provide sellers with the right assets at the right time.

You have

  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Learning & Development.
  • 2–3 years of experience specifically supporting partner ecosystems or indirect sales channels.
  • Proven experience supporting international sales regions, specifically EMEA or APAC.
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce and enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Gong, or similar).
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience.

You are

  • Skilled at managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different global regions and time zones.
  • Expert in applying instructional design concepts to create clear, actionable training materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive in identifying business needs and translating them into practical, scalable readiness initiatives.
  • Familiar with localizing global programs to account for regional market dynamics and cultural considerations.
  • Collaborative in your working style, naturally seeking to align goals across Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership.

Measures of success

  • Within your first month, you will build foundational relationships with Partner Sales and regional leadership while auditing existing onboarding materials to identify immediate readiness gaps.
  • Within your third month, you will launch your first targeted enablement initiative for the partner ecosystem and begin tracking engagement and ramp-time metrics.
  • Within your sixth month, you will establish a repeatable, scalable enablement framework for International Sales and be recognized as a strategic advisor to the EMEA and APAC leadership teams.
