Joining Collibra’s Workplace Team

To ensure continued success in our evolution, we’re looking for a hands-on, hospitality driven Senior Workplace Specialist to lead the day-to-day operations of our Prague office and provide remote oversight of our London location.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things workplace in Prague and London, acting as a trusted resource for employees and visitors alike. You’ll play a key role in shaping the local culture, supporting company-wide programs, and delivering a seamless and welcoming workplace experience.

You’ll be part of our global People and Places team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Workplace and Real Estate. This role is expected to work from our Prague office 5 days per week, with occasional travel to London.
Senior Workplace Specialists at Collibra are responsible for
- Lead day-to-day workplace operations in Prague and oversee the experience in our London office
- Own key workplace programs such as food, supplies, mail, office supplies, and visitor support.
- Be the main point of contact for Prague workplace needs, welcoming guests, assisting employees, and coordinating with building management.
- Respond to and manage workplace service tickets globally, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring timely resolution.
- Support event logistics, such as team offsites, customer visits, leadership sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Support the new hire onboarding experience locally, fostering meaningful local connections.
- Partner with the Employee Experience team to plan and execute events like anniversaries, social gatherings, and lunch & learns.
- Track vendor spend and help manage local budgets; work with Procurement to onboard and manage vendors.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental standards in Prague and London; contribute to sustainability and inclusion initiatives.
- Maintain close relationships with Prague employees and use their feedback to shape local workplace programs.
- Contribute to the implementation of global workplace programs, adapting them to fit the Prague and London context.
You have
- 3–4 years of experience in workplace or facilities roles; experience as an office site lead or in a multi-site capacity preferred.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Prague and travel to London, as needed.
- Language proficiency in both Czech and English.
- Experience managing hybrid work environments and delivering solutions that support a distributed workforce.
- Familiarity with vendor management, budgeting, event logistics, and employee engagement.
- Experience working across time zones or in global teams, with an understanding of how to adapt support accordingly; experience being managed remotely preferred.
- The ability to lift supplies and move items around.

- Comfortable working with remote management and independently managing day-to-day tasks.
- Willing to jump in, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and tackle any task, regardless of how large or small.
Measures of success
- Within your first month, you will meet the team and begin to learn the ins and outs of our Prague and London spaces.
- Within your third month, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams, and implement solutions for any immediate workplace issues.
- Within your sixth month, you will drive improvements in workplace operations, ensuring alignment with Collibra’s growth and employee engagement goals.
