Resolved: GCP Instances Unavailable - MI-20230818

GCP customers were unable to access their instances.

All GCP instances of Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud (DIC) were restored and online as of 11:55 PM ET, Friday, August 18, 2023.

All GCP instances of Collibra Data Quality (DQ) were restored and online as of 2:10 PM ET, Saturday, August 19, 2023.

Collibra Engineering has restored service to all GCP Usage Analytics instances as of 12:00 PM ET, August 21, 2023.

Recommendations: Please note that your instance's IP address will be changing so any whitelists you have in your company's network for traffic coming from your instance will need to be updated with the new IP if the whitelisting is done by IP. If you need the new IP of your instance please submit a ticket at Urgent priority and we will provide that for you.

A Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document will be available within seven business days of incident closure, upon request. Please submit a support ticket at LOW priority via support.collibra.com with the following subject line: “RCA Request for Incident MI-20230818”.
