Effective Date – August 20th 2021


Collibra shall provide 80 hours of Consulting Services to be delivered by a combination of Collibra resources. Customer may use such hours in minimum increments of 16-hours per assignment. Collibra and Customer shall mutually agree to the scope of each Consulting Services assignment (e.g., timing, description, prerequisites, assumptions, resources, dependencies, etc.) via email prior to Collibra commencing any work. Upon completion of each Consulting Services assignment, Customer shall sign-off via email that the Consulting Services have been completed within five days of Collibra’s notice to Customer of the assignment’s completion. Should Customer’s sign-off not be forthcoming within the foregoing time period, the Consulting Services shall be deemed accepted upon completion of such time period.

In scope

Customer will provide Collibra resource(s) with such information, data and documentation as required to enable Collibra resource(s) to provide the Services and comply with Collibra responsibilities set forth herein.
  • Collibra will provide the qualified resources to be available for the duration of Services whose skills meet the requirements defined jointly between Customer and Collibra.
  • Finding alternate resource(s) if the Services cannot be delivered due to sickness or holiday.
  • Supply of suitably skilled resource(s) to cover arranged leave periods or extending the period of the contract at the discretion of the customer with prior agreement of parties.
  • Resource will maintain record of hours worked within Collibra’s time keeping system and the customer will be billed according to the time logged in Collibra’s time keeping system.


  1. All services are provided during Standard Business Hours and are in increments of hours unless otherwise agreed and documented in writing in accordance with the Change Management Procedures defined herein.
  2. Collibra Staff is not on demand and will need to be scheduled in advanced based on his/her availability and will perform any and all tasks remotely (no onsite or travel).
  3. As required, there may be a need to backfill the assigned consultant. If this is required, Collibra will ensure that the requisite skill set is covered, and the transition of resources is of an orderly nature.
  4. Customer will provide machines and network access if Collibra consultants are not permitted to use their Collibra issued laptop (Mac or PC) and such access is required to complete the in-scope work.
  5. Customer will provide remote access to Collibra staff to the Collibra environments in-scope.
  6. Documents will be delivered using Collibra templates, formats, and content.
  7. Customer and Collibra will mutually agree on the location of work. As a principle, full-day workshops and trainings are recommended to be conducted on-site whereas activities such as configuration, development, documentation and test support are performed remotely.
  8. Collibra personnel shall be deployed during Collibra’s normal operating hours in the location of work.
  9. Customer acknowledges that Collibra may utilize subcontractors in its performance of the Services hereunder.

Hours expiration

The Consulting Services hours shall expire on the one-year anniversary of the Order Start Date under which these hours were purchased. Collibra shall not be obligated to perform any Services or provide any Deliverables after this expiration even if the hours stated above has not been fully utilized in the foregoing time period.
