Import metadata assets (includes lineage and traceability) from CSV or Excel file that is supplied by Customer.
Based on the demo, conduct a discussion of next steps for expanding the set-up
  • Configure sample lineage and traceability diagram
  • Configure out-of-the-box workflow(s)
  • Guide customer on configuration ingestion of data source using Collibra Catalog (“native”) ingestion
  • Guide customer on the configuration of out-of-the-box dashboard
  • Conduct a demo of the updated draft setup
Second iteration of the design
Phase/Task Customer responsibility Collibra responsibility
Based on the discussion at the end of the first iteration, repeat steps above, adding more content, expanding the set-up, making the workflows more specific to the initial use case.
  • Add more elements, expanding the configuration, as needed, within limits described in Assumptions below
  • Conduct demos of the updated draft setup
  • Based on the demos, conduct a discussion of next steps for expanding the set-up
Third iteration of the design
Phase/Task Customer responsibility Collibra responsibility
Based on the discussion at the end of the first iteration, repeat steps above, adding more content, expanding the set-up, making the workflows more specific to the initial use case.
