Collibra is pleased to announce its participation in the premier data governance events in the US this summer: MIT’s Chief Data Officer IQ Symposium (MITCDOIQ) and the MDM Institute’s MDM and Data Governance Summit. These events are excellent forums for data governance professionals to learn from the experts and from each other.
The MIT CDO IQ Symposium, which takes place in Cambridge, MA on July 22nd and 23rd is the premier gathering of Chief Data Officers. This year’s theme is “CDOs Take the Lead in Big Data and Information Sharing”. Stan Christiaens, Collibra co-founder and COO, will be speaking about “Driving Data Value: Successful Data Governance and Stewardship in Complex Organizations”. In addition to Mr. Christiaens’ talk there are speakers from Collibra customers such as BNY Mellon and Fidelity Investments.
Collibra will also sponsor the MDM Institute’s MDM and Data Governance Summit San Francisco. The Summit, which takes place in San Francisco, CA on July 22nd and 23rd is a broad gathering of Data Management professionals, with an agenda focused on deep practical advice. Collibra’s customers are presenting at the event as well, including Union Bank, NetApp, and Salesforce.com.
