Leading Collibra’s IT team

As the leader of Collibra’s global IT team, your mission is to develop, champion, and deliver Collibra’s enterprise technology strategy so our technology drives efficiency, boosts productivity, and delights our employees, and in turn, our customers. The Head of IT at Collibra is responsible for:

  • End-to-end employee-facing technology strategy and footprint, including hardware, software, support, enterprise applications, integrations, and architecture
  • Standardizing and optimizing our support model for scale across our customer base of employees, enterprise business systems, security, and cloud operations
  • The transformation of Collibra’s technology-enabled business processes through integration, optimization, and automation 
  • Cost, budget, and vendor management, including the auditing and evaluation of our current technology stack, services partners, and vendors
  • Leading and mentoring a global a team of IT professionals while promoting a culture of customer service, accountability, and operational excellence

You have:

  • 10+ years of experience leading global IT teams or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience managing and integrating multiple Enterprise Business Platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, Marketo, Netsuite, or ServiceNow
  • Successfully integrated applications and automated business processes resulting in measurable productivity or efficiency gains
  • Designed and built technology-based solutions that improve employee experience 
  • Worked in both onshore, offshore, and nearshoring environments to balance experience and satisfaction with cost
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

You are:

  • Successful at delivering long-term global and cross-functional IT initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail and customer oriented; no matter how fast-paced, you don’t overlook change management or customer experience as part of the overall product and deliverable 
  • A visionary who can build an innovative roadmap, yet a project manager who can drive execution and delivery.
  • Fluent with modern, best-in-class enterprise and cloud technologies, applications, and automations, and able to evaluate technologies and their tradeoffs for Collibra
  • A trusted partner with other technical stakeholders, including security, cloud ops, and legal
  • Able to come into our NYC office 2+ days per week

Compensation for This Role

The standard base salary range for this position is $270,000 - $310,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
