Global Benefits Associate EMEA

Global Benefits Analysts at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Assisting employees with benefit related inquiries across EMEA and other countries as necessary.
  • Assisting and developing benefits set-up requirements, renewals and offerings for current and emerging countries within EMEA, Australia and other countries as added.
  • Day to day administration for employees through onboarding and offboarding support.
  • Create or develop solutions to continuously enhance compliance obligations, meet dynamic business needs and improve the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with payroll and vendors on administration, reporting, analysis, evidence of insurability and beneficiaries.
  • Help build and promote global {Be}well initiatives and programming. Create and execute benefit plan communications.
  • Help maintain all internal intranet pages and manage Global leave of absence programs.
  • Develop internal controls and audit mechanisms to ensure ongoing data accuracy.
  • Conducts ad hoc analysis and reporting.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Expertise in developing solutions for driving efficiency, process improvements and building foundational materials.
  • Successful track record of project implementing and/or managing system projects.

You Are:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong sense of accountability, sound personal judgment and global business acumen.
  • Great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
  • Proven abilities in vendor management and establishing effective partnerships with external service providers to ensure quality service.

Reporting to Collibra's Global Benefits Manager, Global Benefits Analyst's measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will...ramp on all necessary country benefits with the support of our current Benefits Specialist. 
  • Within your third month, you will...take over all day to day administration for designated countries. This includes answering employee questions, building our communications & resources and processing all onboarding and offboarding logistics.
  • Within your sixth month, you will…start working on more strategic projects and developing career goals to ensure you have growth at Collibra.
