Director, Global Systems Integrators (GSI's)

Joining Collibra’s team:

  • Reporting into VP Alliances, the Director of Global System Integrators (GSIs) is responsible for leading all aspects of sales and business development efforts for a select group of Global System Integrators.. 

 

Director, GSI at Collibra is responsible for:

  • Manage all aspects of a select group of GSIs activities and relationships including:
    • Responsible for driving Collibra’s sales metrics with select GSIs, including partner sourced and influencer revenue.
    • Drive initiatives that provide GSI partners the ability to incorporate Collibra’s products and services into their own practices, solutions and CoEs.
    • Accountable for GSI partners exceeding success metrics including revenue targets, services, joint solutions and certifications.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, customer success, finance and operations within Collibra to build processes and assets that accelerate GTM with GSIs.
    • Represent Collibra at GSI executive and technical events.
    • Work all facets of the Collibra and GSI relationship (corporate executive, solution architects, delivery).
    • Work with solution architects, delivery managers, and sales teams to identify and qualify new opportunities (within partners organizations and at Collibra)
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between GSIs and Collibra for opportunities in the Americas and globally.
  • Define and build strategic initiatives and KPIs that contribute to overall partner success.
  • Act a influencer, advisor and strategic business partner with sales leaders within Collibra
  • Work effectively and deliver high impact outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, environment.

You Have:

  • Ideal candidate will have 10+ years working with large global SI’s and a deep understanding of their business goals and their processes
  • Must have significant experience in sales and business development roles to include an understanding of legal, support, marketing, sales and sales ops.
  • At least 5 years of direct sales/partner experience selling software solutions in the data space.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required.
  • Track record for developing and executing cross-functional business plans and teams.
  • Track record of being successful in quota positions and exceeding them year after year.

  • Interpersonal savvy as you can relate well to others, builds rapport, and effective relationships, using tact. Able to diffuse high-tension situations.
  • Possess good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Able to effectively partner in the development and execution of business strategies in using strong analytical capabilities and a fact-based approach to develop effective solutions to business issues.
  • Able to strike the right balance between high service levels, low risk, maximum reward, and efficient use of budget.

 

Compensation for this role: 

The standard base salary range for this position is $156,000 - $215,000 per year. This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
