Senior Technical People Operations Analyst, Talent Acquisition

LOCATION:    New York, NY, option to work remotely in any location nationally

DUTIES:       

Resolve questions or issues and bugs around Talent Acquisition systems, process and reporting including building out strategies to tackle questions using ticketing systems and self-serve content in partnership with the People Ops team. Analyze, define, test and implement talent acquisition business processes and procedures. Responsible for discovering, validating, documenting and communicating business processes and technical requirements, as well as in depth testing release and management. Manage various Talent Acquisition technology vendors on a regular basis flagging issues and product enhancements and keeping up to date on all new releases. Build out audit practices to ensure compliance in areas including General Data Protection Regulations and The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. Design audits to determine data anomalies, gaps and completeness in TA business processes and systems to ensure data integrity, partner with Talent Acquisition team to action as needed. Enhance recruiting capacity model in partnership with Talent Acquisition leaders and Finance team. Maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting to keep Collibra's leadership team up to date on hiring progress using dashboarding tools including Tableau and Google suites.

 

REQTS:        

Must have a Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered or as a HRIS/HRIT/HR analyst, Business Systems Analyst, QA Test Engineer, Test Engineer  or a related position. Must have five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of HR Technology.  Must have five (5) years of experience:  utilizing SaaS technology for both admin usage, configuration and testing; leading and supporting complex projects and Integrations for Applicant Tracking system (Greenhouse, Jobvite, and SmartRecruiters); configuration and testing multiple TA systems, including Talentwall, LinkedIn recruiter, and Interview Schedule; building and maintaining dashboards using dashboarding tools like Tableau and Google suites; operationalizing GDPR and/or OFCCP into standard business process, audits and training; supporting all issues and bugs around Talent Acquisition systems, process and reporting; analyzing, defining, testing and implementing talent acquisition business processes and procedures; validating, documenting and communicating business processes and technical requirements, as well as in depth testing release and management; and managing and enhancing recruiting capacity models.  With option to work remotely in any location nationally.

 

HOURS:         40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30
