Together we’ll set the tone and pace for creating satisfying and effective experiences that have measurable positive impacts for our customers and on our business.

Senior UX Designer’s at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Leading design projects and other initiatives to success through design excellence in practice, guidance, and communication to stakeholders

  • Applying and contributing to Arbor, our enterprise design system
  • Composing and growing product design concepts alongside multidisciplinary team members in order to create beneficial, robust, accessible, and high-performing products
  • Promoting and using best design practices as well as qualitative and quantitative assessment methodologies to produce consistent and effective experiences

You Have:

  • 7+ years worth of high quality, full-lifecycle, goal-centered interface design projects in complex domains for web, desktop, and mobile, or a degree in graphic design, UX/UI Design, HCI, or a related field
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma), prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Principle), and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
  • Experience in visual design for enterprise products and are able to demonstrate your expertise through scenarios, user journeys, design concepts, and low- and high-fidelity mockups
  • Fluency in U.S. or British English

You Are:

  • Able  to collect, synthesize, and discuss feedback and input from users, research, leadership, product management, and engineering teams and then incorporate that into designs and positively impact business results
  • Able to express a clear design direction and philosophy with strategies and tactics for implementation, and gain senior stakeholder agreement
  • A storyteller who helps others see the value of great design and can mentor, coach, and educate about design with a wide range of colleagues
  • Experienced working  within brand guidelines to create experiences that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touch points

Measuring Success:

Reporting to Collibra’s Senior Manager of UX Design, the Senior UI designer’s measures of success are:

  • Month 1: Complete new employee onboarding and deep dive into our Catalog products
  • Month 2: Understand and develop Product Design priorities for your squad and participate in all design team activities
  • Month 3:  Create and begin your 2022-3 product priorities working with your product partner teams
