People Operations Analyst - EMEA

Joining Collibra's People Operations team:

Collibra is on a fast-paced journey of accelerated growth across the business. To stay on top of the demands of a fast-growing company, the People Operations Analyst will be critical to providing top level HR support to the business, as well as, all of our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

 

The People Operations Analysts at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle including but not limited to, supporting onboarding & offboarding, employee changes (promotions, transfers, etc.), background checks, employment verifications, visas and immigration
  • Be the first line of support for employees with People related questions and take ownership of any query and/or issues raised seeing it through to resolution and provide appropriate updates to stakeholders
  • Take ownership in documenting workflow and procedures, updating existing processes, and proactively finding opportunities for process improvement
  • Maintaining confidential employee e-files ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Update and maintain employee data in Workday to support data integrity
  • Assist the People Operations team with various projects and initiatives as needed

You Have:

  • You have proven professional experience as a HR Generalist, HR Administrator, or other relevant experience within different EMEA countries (UK, France, Spain, …) and a Bachelor’s degree; 
  • You are detail-oriented, process-driven and self-motivated, focused on how to create efficient processes and tweak existing ones to scale
  • Your written, verbal, and virtual communication skills are empathetic, welcoming, and adaptable
  • Experience using Workday HCM is desirable

You Are:

  • Able to communicate effectively, in English and French (other languages would be beneficial), via multiple channels (verbal, written) at all levels across internal and external organizations 
  • You have sound judgment, displaying integrity and a clear understanding of confidentiality
  • You are eager to learn more about HR programs including total rewards, coaching, performance management, compliance and legislation
  • You can easily juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders

Reporting to Collibra's People Operations Manager, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will learn People Ops processes and procedures at Collibra
  • Within your third month, you will take ownership of onboarding and offboarding activities as well as immigration support for EMEA countries
  • Within your sixth month, you will assist in process improvement initiatives, document management, Workday trainings, etc.
