Fullstack Software Developer

Joining Collibra’s Tech Partnership team:

  • You will join the Collibra Marketplace (part of the Tech Partnership team) to help lift the Marketplace to new dimensions.
  • You will be a member of the Tech Partnership team whose purpose is to grow Collibra’s partner ecosystem, in part, via the Collibra Marketplace as a sounding board.
  • Your role will primarily aim at managing front-end developments of the Collibra Marketplace while also supporting our current developer for back-end tasks. 
  • The Collibra Marketplace is one of the most popular customer-facing web properties owned by Collibra. It is the single source of truth for all Collibra’s integration and tools developed by our ecosystem of partners. As Collibra is embarking on a full SaaS

Full stack developer's at Collibra are responsible for:

  • We want you to own all Collibra Marketplace front-end activities.
  • We want you to be the back-up of choice for our current developer for all back-end activities.
  • We want you to take initiatives for the marketplace to become the one-stop shop for all integrations at Collibra and address architectural and UI/UX challenges along that path.
  • We want you to build relationships with your peers in other departments of the company to better streamline and align Collibra effort in enhancing its web presence, allow for personalized interaction, drive adoption and expedite value for customers.
  • We want you to be autonomous in the execution of the daily tasks.

Full stack developer at Collibra as a qualified employee:

  • You are a recent graduate or early career professional with Master and/or Bachelor in Informatics (or similar)
  • You have knowledge of web technologies using:
  • You have some interest in digital experience platform such a WP, AEM, Liferay
  • You are passionate about customer experience and customer facing applications
  • You are fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus)

You Are:

  • You are an Associate level engineer capable working not only in cross functional teams but also fully independently
  • You communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people
  • Able to work productively with a geographically distributed remote team and to be able to mentor and advise other engineers you work with on the scrum team
  • Motivated and enthusiastic to discover and learn new technologies
  • You are organized and disciplined and you have a structured thinking
  • You are flexible and willing to constantly learn and improve
  • You are empathic and will bear a user-first/customer-first attitude

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will implement smaller issues and push to production.
  • Within your first quarter you will feel confident to come up with UX/UI and architectural proposals to drive adoptions and expedite value for customers
  • Within your first year, you will have led/participated in a cross-functional effort to improve install the Marketplace as the single source of truth for any integrations at Collibra, whether inside or outside of our product.
