Senior Marketing Specialist, Performance Media

Joining Collibra’s Digital Marketing team:

Collibra is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join the growing Digital team. This role is reporting to the Performance Marketing Director and is a key digital marketing position that supports paid and earned digital media activities for the global marketing organization. You will be overseeing reporting, audience strategy, offline conversion integrations into paid channels to spearhead investments rooted in MQL efficiency, drive CPA-based optimizations, ABM initiatives, adhere to regional and global marketing goals across paid media. Innovation, strategic thinking and process development and improvement will be a cornerstone of this role at Collibra.

Performance Marketing Specialists at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Tactically developing and executing a cross channel strategy (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, and Display), agency partners, and associated timelines and reporting.
  • Thoughtfully tracking and improving performance of MQLs, Inquiries, budget, conversions, media channels, Brand SOV, competitive rankings, and targeted organic keywords.
  •  Overseeing creation of actionable media reporting, offline-to-online conversion integration, audience management for paid channels via CRM audience indigestion, use of orchestration platforms,  and in-platform audience targets. 
  • Establishing and expanding relationships with Product, Digital, Operations, and Sales teams in order to optimize workflows, enhance strategies, and drive initiatives around SEO/SEM, ABM, website engagement, and more. 

You Have:

  • 3+ years experience in creating, managing and optimizing ad campaigns and performance across Search (Google/Bing), Social (Facebook/LinkedIn), and Display (GDN/DV360/YouTube). 
  • Experience achieving great outcomes through innovative thinking that focuses on driving results related to attribution, full-funnel buying, and CPA driven optimizations. 
  • An understanding of the importance of website UX and CRO to create parallels between paid and earned media practices to improve quality scores, SOVs, and keyword rankings.
  • Strong project management; ability to prioritize tasks and track against completion on multiple initiatives.
  • Experience using Excel/Google Sheets alongside visualization tools (Tableau, GDS, Datarama) to analyze, access, process, and pivot marketing data that will provide great reporting across primary stakeholders.

Reporting to Collibra’s Director of Performance Marketing, measures of success are:

Within your first month, you will get up to speed with performance marketing tasks, OKRs, project management tools. You will be familiar with channel specific-objectives, and Collibra’s key players within marketing organization.You will understand the overarching  SEO, SEM, Social and Display campaign structures, KPIs, and have a solid understanding of GTM, optimizations and agency + Collibra’s relationship across digital

Within your third month you will contribute to the success of the team via project-managing agency partners, enabling audience and martech connections to drive performance marketing results. Oversee program improvements and reporting insights, ensuring data accuracy, budget campaign expenditures and lead day-to-day optimizations, testings, and workflows.

Within your sixth month, you will be accountable for program success; driving process improvement and  actionable insights across digital marketing initiatives. You will coordinate all day-to-day activities and report on success of performance marketing, justify investments, predict performance and create and oversee testing timelines.
