Workforce Planning Analyst

Meeting your Future Team:

Collibra is seeking an innovative, agile, data-oriented Workforce Planning Analyst who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced, global environment. This individual contributor role will partner with various People and Places Centers of Excellence to help build analytical insights that our business leaders need to help scale and grow Collibra. This key team member will need to influence internal and external stakeholders, use data to impact key strategic business decisions, and rapidly build solutions to scale insights throughout the organization.

Workforce Planning Analysts at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Creating short and long term multi-channel forecast models using advanced business knowledge of key workload driver
  • Building workforce plans for different business lines that allow us to provide exceptional insights to our hiring plan
  • Providing analysis and recommendations to improve staffing levels and performance efficiency
  • Conducting “what if” scenario analyses to determine future modeling plans
  • Supporting Manager of Workforce Planning and other People Analytics team members in the areas of auditing, reporting, data insights, and identifying opportunities

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with an analytical or technical focus preferred
  • 4+ years experience in workforce management/planning/analysis
  • 2+ years of experience in HR systems and HR analytics, especially Workday, Adaptive Insights, and Tableau
  • Experience building detailed analytical models (ex. workforce planning, talent market analysis) and dashboards from multiple sources of data including supply-side models, demand forecasting, and gap analysis

You Are:

  • Highly analytical and intellectually curious about data analysis, trends, and insight generation
  • Excellent communicator both verbal and written (ability to present detailed technical analysis, assumptions, and recommendations succinctly)
  • Enthusiastic collaborative individual who is able to manage multiple projects & prioritize effectively
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom.

Measuring Success:

  • By the end of your first month, you will have met with our CoEs, familiarized yourself with our data infrastructure, and understood the rationale behind its structure
  • By the end of the third month, you will have contributed to improvements in existing workforce planning procedures, reports, and partnerships with CoEs
  • By the end of the sixth month, you will have developed new insights as it relates to our workforce planning capabilities reporting capabilities and will have led new initiatives in enabling our partnering CoEs to make more data-driven decisions
