Senior Marketing Manager, ABM

Joining Collibra’s Revenue Marketing and ABX team:

Account-Based Experience (ABX) shifts the GTM focus to a defined list of Accounts, the Buying groups within them, and their eXperience across the entire prospect and customer journey.

Collibra is searching for a passionate, team oriented, and highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager, ABM (internally referred to as the Senior ABX Marketing Manager) to support our Account-Based Experience (ABX) GTM strategy.

Reporting to the Global Director of ABX, the Senior Marketing Manager, ABM will play an integral role in aligning our GTM efforts across marketing, sales, customer success and partnerships teams. 

They will be responsible for building and executing on the ABX Marketing strategy, consisting of a series of integrated, highly targeted, and multi-channel campaigns and programs that drive deeper account penetration and engagement, accelerate pipeline generation, and increased revenue for each of our ABX account segments.

To be successful, candidates must have previous Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience with a proven track record in developing and executing demand generation and pipeline-building marketing programs. Candidates should value creativity, ingenuity, and have a desire to continuously refine and optimize their work based on analytics and cross-functional collaboration. 

The Senior Marketing Manager, ABM is responsible for: 

  • Developing and scaling Collibra’s global ABX strategy while planning, organizing, and implementing targeted, end-to-end campaigns for our focus account segments
  • Working with the cross-functional and leadership teams to build and optimize GTM plans for our focus account segments and identify the objectives that drive growth and ARR within them
  • Developing and executing targeted, integrated campaigns and programs for focus account segments, collaborating closely with sales, customer success, partnerships, leadership teams and cross-functional marketing teams
  • Developing the ABX campaign strategies and tactics to increase our account penetration, marketability and engagement across our focus account segments
  • Overseeing the timely execution of resources, logistics, budgeting, scheduling, digital, and paid media strategies for all ABX campaigns and tracking program results, measuring success and reporting metrics to stakeholders across the business
  • Defining and implementing repeatable processes and playbooks to support the ABX strategy across all focus account segments and contribute to the development of predictable pipeline and ARR generation.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of hands-on integrated marketing experience with proven, data-driven inbound, and outbound demand generation program creation, execution, measurement, analysis, and reporting across channels
    • 5+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, preferably in ABM, strategic account marketing, customer marketing, field marketing, and/or demand generation
    • 2+ years of experience with ABM (both strategy and execution) or highly targeted marketing campaigns for high-value accounts or verticals
  • Proven track record in a high-growth environment and working cross-functionally to deliver on GTM Strategy 
  • Demonstrable results contributing meaningful amounts of pipeline and revenue by leveraging a variety of marketing channels (including, but not limited to: website, paid media, search, email, third party partnerships and live/virtual events).
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Marketing Automation Tools (Marketo preferred), ABM tools and technologies (i.e. Demandbase, Outreach, People.ai, and Zoominfo)
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required, ABM certifications and PMP certification a plus

Reporting to Collibra’s Global Director of ABX, the Senior Marketing Manager, ABM’s measures of success are:

  • Within your first month you will learn about Collibra, our GTM Strategy, our customers, our prospects, our partners and be introduced to the right people
  • Within your second month, you will execute on the current ABX plan and begin a formal assessment of the current plan. You will work with all GTM functions to identify the gaps and the areas for optimization
  • Within your third month you will turn your assessments into action and deliver an updated ABX plan. You will socialize this updated plan with all global GTM teams (Sales, CS, Partnerships and Marketing) and begin execution on the plans you have laid out.
