Strategic Account Manager

Strategic Account Manager - UK & I 

Strategic Account Managers fuel Collibra’s growth in their region and territory. This role is responsible for both net-new revenue and expansion in the region's largest and most strategic customers and prospects. A Strategic Account Manager must be able to establish credible relationships with senior stakeholders and serve as a thoughtful advisor throughout the customer journey. 

Strategic Account Managers’s at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Growing revenue in a tailored territory of Strategic Customers and Prospects. 
  • Managing complex deal cycles, from lead origination to stakeholder mapping and management, through to negotiation and closing. 
  • Successfully collaborating with an internal account team and external Partners to provide a best in class Customer experience that delivers tangible business value. 
  • Providing accurate and timely account updates, forecasts and commits, reflective of real-time Salesforce activity.

You Have:

  • Consistently achieved or overachieved an annual SaaS sales quota.
  • Sold net-new business and expansion opportunities to C-Level buyers in large enterprise accounts. 
  • Originated and navigated complex, direct sales cycles with multiple technical and business stakeholders. 
  • Managed consultative sales processes, with value-based impacts or outcomes.

You Are:

  • Known for your integrity and commitment to the Customer.
  • Ready to take full ownership of a territory and quota. 
  • Understanding of the importance of injecting urgency into the way you work and engage with the Customer and all other stakeholders.
  • Able to adapt to different situations and able to operate in a high-growth, scale-up environment.
  • Genuinely curious about the challenges that our Customers face and how Collibra can support them in being successful.

Reporting to Collibra’s AVP, UK&I, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will have completed a comprehensive onboarding program, engaged with the internal account team, met external partners and developed a business plan for the year ahead.
  • Within your third month, you will be actively engaged in your territory, with active pipeline, and will be executing on the plan created in your first month. 
  • Within your sixth month, you will be fully engaged with all of your Customers and will have delivered key outcomes identified in your business plan.
