  • Provide recommendations on Procurement system as well as input on the purchasing process
  • Maintain policy and training documents for Procurement.
  • Provide Support to Collibrians to ensure a smooth Procurement engagement experience.
  • Support internal procurement projects as needed.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing and/or procurement.
  • Knowledge of Procurement Systems (NetSuite a plus)
  • Provided feedback on systems and processes to foster better engagement

You Are:

  • An analytical problem-solver, with a propensity for acting.
  • You love to “roll up the sleeves” and have a “get it done” attitude
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly adaptable.

Measuring Success:

Reporting to the Director of Procurement, the Procurement Specialist's measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will begin to develop relationships and understand the Procurement policy at Collibra
  • Within three months you will have established a strong understanding of the policies and tolls involved in the Procurement Process
  • Within six months, you will have identified key areas for improvement and cost savings opportunities.

Benefits at Collibra:

We strive to provide all Collibrians with competitive and cost-efficient benefits that are aligned to our company values. As a high-growth company, our goal is to offer flexibility and choice with our benefits programs to support the evolving needs of our changing workforce. Additionally, we encourage employees to treat their whole self by offering a bi-monthly calendar of events and programming dedicated to our {Be}well initiatives which focus on wellbeing areas including emotional, professional & social, financial, physical, allyship & belonging and giving back.
  • {Be}With Family: We offer multiple types of leave so that you can spend time with loved ones, including parental leave, caregiver leave and our annual family day. These are all complementary to our culture in which we value output over hours!
