Director, Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing

Meeting your future team:

Collibra’s Talent Acquisition team is united by our values of “Our Work Matters” and “Lead with Confidence” which empowers us to seamlessly partner with our technical leaders around the world. As the team building the future of Collibra, we're energized by the impact of our placements, compelled by a fantastic customer and candidate experience, and characterized by striving for excellence.

The Director of Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing is responsible for:

  • Developing and executing Collibra's Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing roadmap.
This includes mapping out iterations to our careers site and creating the supporting content, programmatic advertising campaigns, events, blog & social posts, persona development, and any other vehicle that helps activate Collibra's Employer Brand & EVP. As a small but ambitious team, strategy sessions will be blended with day-to-day of writing copy, segmenting, and campaign analysis.
  • Creating an employer of choice and a destination for passive and active talent.
Leveraging awareness campaigns and reputation management to position Collibra as best-in-class. Whether managing Collibra's digital presence through online channels (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Job Boards
), conference participation, recruiting events, speaking engagements, or anything else - it is all working toward building an authentic presence that highlights our Employer Value Proposition.
  • Measuring results and efficacy of your marketing initiatives.
Performance of the overall marketing programs - whether in the form of hypothesis, KPIs or key results, should back every initiative and investment so that you can champion for more. Beyond marketing metrics - tying this to Talent Acquisition will be critical.
  • Partnering with our Brand, Communications, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, and Employee Experience teams.
Being the connection point between so many teams requires a "One Team" mentality. Ensuring that Talent Brand partners seamlessly with stakeholders will be critical to forming a high-functioning, high-trust relationship.
  • Recruiting event strategy and execution.
Whether executing yourself or enabling teams around the globe via an "event-in-a-box" approach, ensuring that every recruiting event, even those not specifically for recruiting, have a Collibra-standard that supports our Employer Brand and desired experience.

You Have:

  • 7+ years in branding, digital marketing, content marketing, or social media marketing, with experience and a portfolio of copywriting.
  • Built, executed, and measured global digital marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO, programmatic ads, and more.
  • Knowledge of the recruiting landscape, common talent acquisition metrics, and experience working with CRMs and ATS’s.
  • An analytical predisposition - you lead with curiosity and find insights and meaning in data
  • Built trusted partnerships with marketing peers, knowing how to support both collaboration and autonomy with thoughtful stakeholder management to influence and execute seamlessly.

You Are:

  • Someone who has a global mindset - appreciating the nuances of different geographies and different businesses
  • A project manager at heart, regardless of training or background; you believe the key to execution is a well-laid plan
  • Aware that you hold a high standard for your work
  • A thoughtful collaborator, great listener, and excellent communicator capable of tying programs to business value and outcomes
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, thrive through change, are highly adaptable and can create clarity while bringing a team along for the journey through shifting priorities

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will develop trusted relationships with our TA Leadership team, Marketing Leadership team, and become fluent in the previous Employer Brand work
  • Within your third month, you will have built your roadmap, began executing toward it, and have live content posted to support recruiting initiatives
  • Within your sixth month, you will have executed on half of your roadmap and be measuring the results, customizing and tailoring the needs for the remainder of the year based on your findings
