  • Collaborating with the teams to establish and mature standards and integration for infrastructure management.
  • Identifying and implementing standard tooling to reduce complexity and measure operational goals for increasing automation across the enterprise.
  • Developing, and ensuring compliance with, controls built for a cloud-native enterprise.
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling multiple responsibilities and sometimes competing requests to achieve desired objectives.
  • Additional tasks include supporting the team during security incidents and investigations; working with broad teams to advance the security posture of Collibra.

You Have:

  • Minimum of 3 years leading a cloud infrastructure / cloud engineering team.
  • Minimum of 5 years cloud infrastructure / cloud engineering experience across a wide range of disciplines.
  • Extensive experience running a large fleet of cloud VM’s.
  • 3+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, in one or more of AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, configuration management like Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of building and deploying within regulatory requirements and/or frameworks (i.e.: FedRAMP, SOC2, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001/2, etc.)
  • Expert communication and organizational skills.

You Are:

  • Self-motivated and driven with an ability to execute with little supervision.
  • Eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Familiar with security by design principles, and helping educate other technical engineers how to build security into their processes.
  • Agile-minded, optimistic, passionate, and pragmatic about delivering valuable software to customers.
  • Accustomed to a fast paced environment.
  • A US Citizen based in the United States.

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will absorb fundamental knowledge about Collibra processes/tools and start building team & cross-functional relationships.
  • Within your third month, you will take ownership of one or more key infrastructure platforms, and develop and achieve quarterly OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
  • Within your sixth month, you will drive for consistent, repeatable, documented processes for security-driven infrastructure, improve efficiency and hand off for ongoing operations, and improve customer satisfaction.
