Talent Acquisition Partner - Executive Search

Joining Collibra’s Talent Acquisition team:

Partnering directly with our executives and their leadership team, you will be the beginning of the team that focuses on bringing excellent executives and leaders to Collibra in order to shape the future of our strategy.

At Collibra, Talent Acquisition Partners within Executive Search are responsible for:

  • Managing recruiting strategy and execution for all roles that report directly to our executives, and occasionally, their leadership team
  • Building a consistent, repeatable experience for executive search within Collibra, both for candidates and hiring managers alike
  • Thoughtfully weaving in diversity recruiting strategies to ensure that our senior most leadership team is one that reflects a diversity of thought and experiences  
  • Partnering with and managing external partners, including our external search partner network, in order to ensure Executive Search never stops, even of moments of full capacity
  • Sourcing, networking, nurturing, and continually developing Collibra's executive and leadership network 

You Have:

  • Direct experience within executive search at either an executive firm, boutique agency, or in-house at an established company
  • Placed multiple executives across a variety of business functions - i.e. Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, etc. 
  • Demonstrable experience attracting passive executives and leaders, and successfully converting their candidacy 
  • Mentored sourcing teams in techniques and tactics to support executive search
  • Deployed diversity recruiting tactics with proven results

  • Aware that you hold a high standard for your work, and care deeply about reliable, consistent delivery
  • Detail-oriented, in your communication, follow through, and process
  • An excellent and persuasive communicator and business savvy; capable of articulating the “what” as well as the “why”
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, thrive through change, and are highly adaptable

Reporting to Collibra’s Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will launch searches while develop relationships with our Executives and the broader TA and People team
  • Within your third month, you will have developed a consistent approach to executive search that streamlines the experience across functions
  • Within your first year, you will have placed a high quality team with clear impact to the business, and clear quality of hire scoring.
