Sales Enablement Sr. Program Manager

The Sales Enablement Senior Program Manager will own the program management of key strategic enablement programs across multiple routes to market and partners, and will program manage our annual sales kickoff event. The Sales Enablement team is responsible to onboard, drive productivity of sales individuals across sales, technical, customer success, and partner roles. We focus enablement programs on sales skills, product knowledge, operational proficiency, company messaging, and positioning. In addition, we support sales leaders to drive adoption of sales methodology and process, which improves productivity, deal size, and customer satisfaction at Collibra.

The Sales Enablement Sr. Program Manager at Collibra is responsible to:

  • Address all strategic programs with a standard program management methodology, including assessing needs, driving decisions, managing budgets
  • Establish a regular cadence and program management process, relying on core project management skills to drive a repeatable, scalable process for enablement learning on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Create program visibility through written communications, stakeholder engagement, ongoing reporting, and summary presentations
  • Partner with our instructional designer, sales coach and enablement leads in support of key initiatives, while engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback, share results and validate outcomes to help improve future programs

You Have:

  • Experience building global learning programs, including sales kickoffs, from the ground up, and driving cross-functional teams to completion
  • Knowledge of sales training initiatives, that are global and delivered across multiple roles, often tied to company strategic imperatives
  • A passion for, and understanding of, the value of communication, collaboration, transparency and a willingness to operate in ambiguous situations
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a sense of humor and flexibility to keep multiple stakeholders moving towards a common goal

  • Within your first month, you will help set standards for management of enablement programs
  • Within your third month, you will have a quarterly plan for enablement strategic programs, as well as for sales kickoff
  • Within your sixth month, you will have orchestrated several cross-functional teams to deliver business-impacting programs, including sales kickoff
