Joining Collibra's Professional Services team:

At Collibra, our Professional Service team relies on Solution Architects to deliver on customer expectations. Working directly with key project and executive stakeholders throughout the entire project life-cycle to ensure customer success and adoption, Solution Architects act as customer champions.

Solution Architects at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Working in collaboration with Collibra Sales, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Professional Services Management to grow Collibra adoption with both the existing and new customer base
  • Mentoring assigned peers and new hires to ensure adoption of delivery methodology and delivery of work, and to ensure that company objectives are met
  • Ensuring services delivery in compliance with established Collibra Engagement Model, Processes, Methodologies and Artifacts
  • Participating in the ongoing improvements of Collibra Engagement Model, Processes, Methodologies and Artifacts
  • Achieving utilization targets and help Collibra to grow its services business

You Have:

  • Education: At least a bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a business, technical or related field is preferred
  • Experience: 5-10 years relevant industry consulting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, practices and interpret business requirements

You Are:

  • Knowledgeable of core data management and data governance technologies and practices
  • Familiar with statements of work (SoW) scoping and level of effort estimations
  • Experienced in leading blueprinting, design workshops, requirements gathering activities
  • Skilled at developing functional specifications, technical specifications, test specifications 
  • Adept at workflow, security and integration requirements

Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will have been enabled in Collibra product offerings, product training, and services portfolio
  • Within your third month, you will have been trained in the methodology and gained knowledge of Collibra solutions delivery
  • Within your sixth month, you will be engaged in delivering Collibra solutions
