Joining Collibra's Talent Management team:

Delivering dynamic employee onboarding and lifecycle programs for a rapidly growing global team requires energy, detail, and collaboration. To meet this need, we seek a highly organized and dynamic Talent Management Coordinator to help create and deliver world-class experiences for our employees from the beginning to end. As a new role within the fast-growing Talent Management team, this role is uniquely situated to “Be The Customer’s Champion” for our employees by also supporting our coaching, mentoring and recognition programs.

The Talent Management Coordinator at Collibra is responsible for:

  • Organizing and supporting all onboarding activities for EMEA new-hire cohorts, including facilitating new-hire orientation sessions
  • Collaborating with Talent Management peers to create and deliver employee lifecycle programs including coaching, mentoring, recognition and surveys
  • Coordinating Talent Management team logistics such as training calendars, program schedules and data reporting
  • Administering Talent Management platforms for employee surveys (Peakon) and performance reviews (Betterworks) 
  • Providing support to People Operations, Workplace & Experiences, and People Partner teams on HR-related events and initiatives

You Have:

  • Facilitated in-person and virtual group sessions
  • Coordinated complex projects from planning to completion
  • Worked on or supported HR-related programs in some capacity, preferably in Talent Management (e.g. onboarding, coaching/mentoring, performance review)
  • Collected, organized and reported quantitative and qualitative data to project stakeholders
  • Created and delivered presentations for a variety of audiences

Reporting to Collibra's Director of Talent Management, the measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will learn how to guide a cohort of new employees through the onboarding and orientation process
  • Within your third month, you will help launch new coaching and mentoring programs at Collibra
  • Within your sixth month, you will independently manage administration and reporting responsibilities for the Talent Management team’s employee survey and performance review platforms (Peakon and BetterWorks)
