Operating within the Workplace team, they will embody our core value of “One Collibra” by bringing our employees closer through meaningful engagements and experiences.

The Senior Manager, Employee Experience at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Developing strategy to optimize experience across the employee lifecycle with programming that balances Collibra’s values, a strong sense of culture, global connection and fun.
  • Driving the experience and engagement vision at the global level, while creating specific and localized strategies in partnership with communications, IT, DE&I, Total Rewards & Talent Management.
  • Devising an assessment strategy to measure program effectiveness and ROI using data analytics 
  • Ensuring equitable experiences across a hybrid workforce of office based and remote employees
  • Partnering closely with the executive team and leaders around the globe to translate team goals and local needs into meaningful and impactful experiences

You Have:

  • Led Employee Experience at a rapidly growing, global organization 
  • Project managed complex, cross functional programs from ideation to implementation
  • Collected and measured qualitative and quantitative data to improve program offerings
  • Integrated Diversity & Inclusion practices that serve people of all backgrounds

You Are:

  • Genuinely passionate about delivering top tier programs to a diverse audience
  • Decisive, but flexible and cooperative as needed to amend initiatives to match the changing needs of the organization 
  • An innovative thinker who can transform ideas and inputs into action plans and outcomes
  • Able to drive results and consensus through influence versus authority
  • Adept at communicating with staff at all levels

Reporting to Collibra's Head of Workplace Experience, the measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will complete intake of status and requirements from cross functional partners, business leaders and stakeholders around the globe
  • Within your third month, you will propose and receive approval for programs to build over the balance of 2021-early 2022 
  • Within your sixth month, you will have launched new Engagement and Experience programs and established dashboards to measure their effectiveness
