Joining Collibra's People Partner team:

Collibra is seeking a People Partner (HRBP) to support our go-to-market teams (Sales, Customer Success and Marketing) in EMEA and APAC. As a consultative and trusted advisor to all levels of our in-region management team, you will be the first point of contact on numerous day-to-day HR matters. This role will be expected to contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to deliver proactive, and efficient HR services by providing information, guidance, and coaching to employees and managers to allow them to Lead with Confidence.

People Partners at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Supporting and advising key stakeholders on the go-to-market teams (Sales, Customer Success and Marketing) in the EMEA region (primary countries include UK, France and Germany with small teams in other areas)
  • Proactively assessing team and manager development needs, teaming with our Centers of Excellence (Total Rewards, Talent Management, Employee Experience, etc) to create recommendations, and implementing appropriate solutions
  • Building and maintaining an excellent knowledge of employees, objectives, and business processes within the group
  • Actively identifying gaps, proposing and implementing changes to processes to deliver mind-blowing [internal] customer experiences for our staff as you sherpa employees through their lifecycle at Collibra including objective alignment, merit and incentive, promotions and internal movements and general employee relation issues.  Note: many of these frameworks still are being built by the Talent Management and Total Rewards teams and will require a partner with the agility to quickly pivot and execute new programs
  • Achieving a deep understanding of the business strategy, goals and objectives
  • Working with our People Operations team to ensure all staff changes are captured accurately and on time and updated within the HRIS system and payroll process e.g. new joiners/leavers, maternity leave, promotions, etc. and ensuring data is kept up to date and accurate
  • Supporting the Senior People Partners globally with any ad-hoc projects or assignments

You Have:

  • 6+ years' of progressive HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role supporting a Field (optimally Sales and/or Customer Success) organization at 
  • Worked in HR at a global,fast-growing and ever-changing technology company (preferably SaaS)
  • Strong Knowledge of International Employment laws and compliance regulations, specifically for multiple countries the EMEA region
  • Experience in dealing with the end to end process for employee relations issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, etc.
  • Relevant experiences designing and/or implementing HR programs globally

  • Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail under pressure & working with high volumes, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
  • Flexible and able to work in ambiguous situations, push back, ask questions & comfortable in environments of change
  • Analytical, with a passion for using data to build strategies and measure their effectiveness
  • Comfortable ideating, creating and improving talent initiatives in a rapidly changing and occasionally ambiguous environment
  • Committed to an “ownership mindset” with high degree of accountability

Reporting to Collibra's VP of People, the measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will solve world peace (or have begun to build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders)
  • Within your third month, you will have evaluated the EMEA Go to market talent gaps and built a strategy to address by partnering with Talent Management
