Joining Collibra's Talent Acquisition (Product, Engineering & Security) team:

Collibra’s Talent Acquisition team is united by our values of “Our Work Matters” and “Open, Direct and Kind”, but this takes a new meaning in the POSE Talent Acquisition team. As the recruiting team building Collibra’s Engineering and Product, the POSE Talent Acquisition team is the key partner to hire the right people to build and evolve our Data Intelligence SaaS products.

Talent Acquisition Partner at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Generating, maintaining, and processing evergreen pipeline for Collibra’s Software Engineers (Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, QA, SRE, Infrastructure Engineers, …)
  • Sourcing and recruiting passive and active candidates, including interviewing, assessing, managing, negotiating, and closing 
  • Providing a proactive, detail-oriented, high-touch candidate experience across every step of the recruiting process, captured in our ATS
  • Partnering with hiring managers to advise, guide, and influence successful hiring processes resulting in top hires
  • Identifying and recommending or implementing process improvements as a member of the Talent Acquisition team

You Have:

  • 4+ years experience as a full-cycle tech recruiter, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other sources of candidates
  • Successfully recruited and hired multiple software engineers for SaaS or Software Houses
  • Created high-quality, high-volume candidate pipelines supporting your searches
  • Partnered with and influenced hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Embedded diversity recruiting into every step of your approach
  • High interest on SaaS and Engineering ecosystems globally and particularly in Europe

You Are:

  • Persistent in your pursuit, thoughtful and kind in your communication
  • Confident working fully in English: we are a global team, hiring globally across countries and regions, and it's the language we share
  • Detail and process-oriented, with a personal standard for excellence
  • Customer service focused, and a builder of great relationships and even better outcomes
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and high-change environments
  • Familiar with Greenhouse or other ATSs

Measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will be generating high-quality, high volume pipeline, with candidates progressing throughout your processes
  • Within your second month, you will have closed your first full-cycle searches
  • Within your third month, you will have established credibility with your hiring managers and serve as an expert and advisor
