Collibra is looking for an experienced, growth-minded Field Marketing Leader to help build our field marketing organization. Reporting to the VP of Global Demand and Operations, the Sr. Director of Field Marketing will drive the strategy for field marketing by deploying the right mix of marketing programs to reach, educate, nurture and convert our target audiences driving high-quality leads and opportunities globally.

Senior Directors of Global Field Marketing at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Defining and leading global marketing strategy in alignment with Company priorities and in partnership with Product marketing, Campaigns, Partner and Sales.  You will create a thoughtful and innovative approach that delivers leads, accelerates pipeline, accounts for regional differences and optimizes for customer experience. 
  • Recruiting and leading a team of global high performing field marketers to deliver against the field marketing strategy.
  • Delivering a comprehensive portfolio of one to many marketing programs that leverages integrated campaigns and programs. Collaborating with Strategic Accounts, Partner and Customer Marketing to drive lead generation and deal velocity thru a mix of tactics ie: virtual events, in person events, tradeshows, targeted mailers. 
  • Being a trusted partner to the regional sales leadership team by understanding and supporting the needs of each territory through careful and calculated planning of marketing strategies and programs that accelerate deal velocity. 
  • Driving effective communication with and through your team to multiple stakeholders, including executives, sales, corporate and regional teams. Participating in the regional pipeline and business reviews. 

You Have:

  • Proven experience in marketing within a B2B SaaS company; with expertise  leading a global field marketing organization at scale (EMEA, APAC)
  • Demonstrated success owning the strategy, framework, development and execution for global, multichannel demand generation campaigns, targeting enterprise size companies. 
  • Big picture thinking, and meticulous attention to details – ability to quickly understand overall business objectives, create a well-aligned marketing strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments
  • Exceptional ability to lead, influence and work across organizational boundaries with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will have met your primary business partners, you’ll understand our team goals and our first half plan. You’ll also start recruiting for your open req’s
  • Within your third month, you will be interviewing and hiring Field Marketing Managers. You will also be working with the Demand Center/Strategic Accounts/Sales LT to build the Field marketing plan and transition existing work from these teams.
  • Within your sixth month, you will be onboarding your team, measuring results, planning and executing.
