The Senior Field Marketing Manager, EMEA, will work closely with Demand, Partner, Customer and Sales leadership to help support, execute and track program tactics for integrated campaigns - digital, events, webinars, regional trade shows, partner events and account-based marketing across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented self-starter who has a passion for tactical marketing, flawless execution, pipeline generation, experience in enterprise B2B, a data-driven mindset and strong execution skills.

Senior Field Marketing Managers at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Leading, developing, and executing the marketing strategy and plans in EMEA’s to achieve marketing contribution pipeline and conversion targets.
  • Actively collaborating, advising, and working with the campaigns and demand generation teams on your region’s needs as they develop, plan, execute, and measure supporting demand generation campaigns. 
  • Working with Collibras partners and partner team to build and execute joint activities 
  • Driving regular communication on metrics and marketing activities execution progress for  Sales, including activities managed centrally by the central marketing teams touching your area. As well as collaborating with local sales teams to set priorities, build pipeline, and achieve sales goals. 
  • Delivering an operational excellence cadence with your team by managing your budgets, SFDC campaigns and leads process to meet operational targets and SLAs.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree, 10+ years experience in marketing within a B2B SaaS company; with experience in a field marketing 
  • Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with direct and matrixed stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail, strong planning, and organizational skills.
  • Enterprise Marketing Experience
  • Versed  in G-Suite, Marketing Automation, ABM and CRM systems such as Marketo, Demandbase, and Salesforce.com, as well as other office productivity and collaboration tools

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month you will have met all of your business partners in sales and marketing, have an understanding of our marketing plan/strategy and goals for the year. 
  • Within your third month you will have taken ownership of the Regional marketing plan and execution, you now own the relationship with sales and are driving marketing communication on the plan/progress and driving sales engagement in marketing programs. 
  • Within your sixth month, you will be delivering against a marketing plan that aligns to the company goals and objectives in partnership with sales to drive pipeline. You’ll be able to measure effectiveness of your campaigns and use data to make trade offs in investments.
