Collibra is looking for an experienced, data-driven analyst to join its Marketing Operations team, one that’s responsible for optimizing key Marketing processes and measuring the organization’s impact on the business. This person will report to the Senior Marketing Analytics Manager, and will be tasked with collecting, interpreting, and visualizing Marketing data in ways that help us evaluate what’s working and where we can improve. As a member of the Marketing Operations team, you’ll embrace and drive change as you pioneer new reporting assets that enable data-driven decisions.

Marketing Analysts at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Building, maintaining, and updating Marketing dashboards in Tableau to help measure business performance
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on campaign planning (targeting, strategy, objectives, and measurement) to set clear and measurable objectives
  • Analyzing Marketing KPIs to assess campaign and program effectiveness as it relates to the company’s Marketing Mix. Presenting findings and actionable recommendations to the leadership team
  • Monitoring the Demand Waterfall/lead funnel to track lead flow and conversions, as well as perform routine diagnostics to identify breakdowns
  • Working closely with the Business Development team to scope lead management processes, enforce SLAs, and optimize the sales funnel

You Have:

  • 3+ years experience working in Marketing Operations 
  • An understanding of core Marketing processes and metrics (Marketing automation, lead routing & management, sales funnel, pipeline attribution, web analytics, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau
  • Fundamental SQL skills with OLAP and ETL familiarity 
  • Analytical skills with an attention to detail

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will develop a solid understanding of the Marketing measurement framework.
  • Within your third month, you will regularly contribute to Marketing reporting updates and share findings and recommendations from your analyses.
  • Within your sixth month, you will scope new dashboard builds that align to Collibra’s reporting needs.
