A day in the life of a GTM Talent Acquisition Leader

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all sales and customer success recruiting strategy and execution within the US and Canada, including mentoring and growing the team, capacity allocation and coverage, pipeline health, meeting hiring goals, quality of hire, and hiring manager satisfaction
  • Scaling and iterating Collibra’s global field hiring process, introducing rigor, predictability, and consistency for scale
  • Working with managers, executives, and people partners to identify and achieve diversity recruiting goals 
  • Partnering with People Partners, Finance, and business leaders to reinforce an always-be-hiring culture
  • Setting the bar for recruiting excellence by demonstrating flawless execution and a high standard for talent in your own searches

You Have:

  • Managed and developed sales recruiting teams in Enterprise SaaS organizations 
  • Scaled global teams of direct software sellers from 25-100+ 
  • Personally recruited SaaS enterprise sales reps selling complex software solutions
  • Managed, mentored, and developed a high-performing recruiting team
  • Identified and improved gaps or bottlenecks in the recruiting process

Measuring success:

  • Within your 1st month, you will develop relationships with our CRO, CCO, and their leadership teams, and launched your first searches
  • Within your 3rd month, you will have placed your first candidate and have built a standard for quality of GTM hiring at Collibra
  • Within your 6th month, you will have led the team to and through two quarters of hiring targets, expedited our time to hire, thrilled your hiring managers, and have built plans for months 6-12 based on business need and what you’ve learned
